This long list of medical terms have different symptoms and are treated in different ways, but the root of every issue is muscle lock. There is tightness somewhere causing shortened muscles which lead to other diagnosis like these. Doctors will prescribe you with medication, offer injections, and will often advise surgeries that may be unnecessary. While I will not suggest going against a doctor's recommendation, we can work together holistically to get full range of motion and zero pain; if there is no pain or symptoms that inhibit you from your daily life, then there is often no reason to take a medical approach. The ultimate goal is not to mask the symptoms, but to fix the problem at the root while simultaneously avoiding future or reoccurring issues.

It is ultimately up to you to stay consistent and progress, but I am available for questions, help, and one-on-one sessions anytime.

Get To Know Me
I grew up wanting to try every sport; I was a gymnast, tried soccer, lacrosse, swimming, driving, track, pole-vaulting, but the one thing that really stuck was cheer. I did sideline throughout high school and cheered competitively for three years. I was one of the few who made it out without injury. My fitness journey did not truly begin until after high school. I started getting into the gym where I found an awesome community and fell in love with nutrition and working out. That lifestyle change not just changed my physical confidence, but completely altered my mental health and put me in full remission of an autoimmune disorder that doctors told me had no cure. I changed my major to pursue physical therapy, but took a semester off so that I could be sure of that decision. In that time I met Navy Seal trainer, Joe Hippensteel who taught me new ways and research that hasn't caught up to the medical world. With my own eyes, Ive seen his methodology work miracles for all kinds of people. As we gravitate more to holistic
